At Vickie’s Gifts, we want you to love every item you purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unused condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all gift tags and protective wrapping are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our boutique receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
